To convert all your goods into revenues, switch your account to live.
Switching your account from TEST MODE
As soon as you create your merchant account with Novalnet, your transactions will run in test mode only. All these transactions will not be charged during this period. To activate your account into live, please write an email confirmation to the support team with your unique Merchant ID created at Novalnet.
Your account will be activated within a week after Novalnet's compliance checks and an email notification will confirm the process appropriately.
To know the current status of your merchant account, log in to your Novalnet Admin Portal and the header block will display the current status as shown in the screenshot below,
LIVE Credentials
To get the merchant Credentials in your portal, follow the below steps,
- In Novalnet Admin Portal, navigate to the menu Projects
- Select the project from the list
- In the API credentials tab , you will find the merchant credentials.
The API Signature and the Payment access key shown here are very important for payment processing and we highly recommend using it on your servers confidentially.
If your password of the portal or if your API Keys are compromised, escalate it to the Novalnet Support Team at the earliest.
Rejecting Test data in Live environment
By default, the merchant will be able to use this option to reject orders while using Novalnet's test credentials for the transactions that are executed in LIVE mode.
Please note if you want to allow test transactions (with test payment credentials, test user credentials) on Live mode. You can simply configure it in the Novalnet Adminportal under Account -> Global Configuration to allow all test transactions in Live mode.
