Domain Registration
Once you have successfully integrated Google Pay into your store's checkout, you will need to set up a Google Pay & Wallet Console account to effectively use the new payment method. To do this, please visit the following link or copy and paste the URL into your browser's address bar and follow the domain registration instructions.
https://pay.google.com/business/consoleOnce a Google Business account has been created or registered, please follow the steps below to connect your website:
Step 3: In the pop-up that appears, agree to the Google Pay API Terms of Service by clicking in the corresponding checkbox. This is mandatory in order to continue successfully. You can of course call up the "Terms of Service" in the pop-up or in advance via the link above (Google Pay API Terms of Service).
Step 4: Close the pop-up by clicking the "Next" button. Please note the following steps to connect your shop:
1. Navigate (scroll) to "Integrate with your website" and click on "Add website".
2. Enter your shop URL (please make sure that the complete URL is entered correctly, with "HTTPS").
3. Then select "Gateway" under Integration type.
4. Please note the last step for connecting your website and upload all required screenshots of your checkout in the "Screenshots of your buyflow" section.
5. Complete the connection of your website using the "Save" button at the bottom of the "Google Pay API" page.
