Bizum transactions can be refunded Upto 365 days from the transaction creation date.
Bizum does not support zero-amount bookings. The minimum transaction amount is EUR 0.50.

How does Bizum work?
- Shoppers choose the bizum payment type on the checkout page.
- Shoppers need to enter the mobile number linked to their Bizum-enabled bank account.
- Shoppers get redirected to the Bizum page and complete the payment process through the banking app.
- Once the payment is complete, Novalnet prompts the merchant to deliver the products to shoppers.
